How do I go about reserving interview rooms following the career fair?
Interviews are handled by the Career Center for Opportunities department and can be registered at the following the link:
https://www.cco.purdue.edu/careerfair/welcome_pescfall2012.html

Interviews are scheduled through the CCO.   Requests for additional rooms (more than 4) can be made by adding a comment in the notes section of the form and will be accommodated if possible.  The CCO contact is Paula Beaver and her email is beaverp@purdue.edu.

When will my company be signed up for interviews?
Interviews will be conducted on September 14th, 15th and 16th (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of IR Week). During the registration process, you will have the option of selecting whether to host a seminar or not.

How can my company sign up to host a seminar if we did not do it during registration?
We can add the free seminar to your account and will email you that this change has been made.  Please send your time preference of morning (8:30 – 11:20) or afternoon (12:30 – 5:20).

How can I sign up for an information session to be held after 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday?
PESC is not in charge of seminars outside of the Monday, 8:30 to 5:30 time frame. Companies will need to contact calendar@purdue.edu to schedule a seminar for those times. Space will be reserved and a coordinator will be assigned to help plan your information session.

Can you schedule us for a 2:30 seminar time (any specific hour)?
This request has been noted and we will do our best to accommodate you.  We can’t guarantee this time because of the limited amount of rooms and large number of companies participating in seminars.
