What are the dates of IR?
The Job Fair portion of IR is Tuesday, September 11th and Wednesday, September 12th 9:30-4:00 on the Memorial Mall.
IR Seminars take place all day Monday, September 10th in Stewart.

When is the list of Companies attending released?
The list will come out on August 29th before midnight.  Out of respect for the companies, we are unable to release the status of any particular company until then.

Do I need to register or check in for the fair?
No, only company representatives need to register and check in for the fair.

What is the dress policy for IR?
We recommend Business Casual attire.  You can save your Business Formal wear for the interview.

Where can I find more information on IR?
IR Prep Night will be held Thursday, September 6th at 6:30 in PHYS.
Prep Night will cover lots of information about IR and it is followed by a Q&A Session to answer any questions you may have for the CCO or PESC’s IR team.  We will cover how to prepare for IR, what to do on the day of IR, talking to companies, interviewing strategies, and much more!
Oh, and there is also free pizza and many chances to win prizes for those who attend!

When will the IR scholarship winners be announced?
The scholarship winners will be announced 1-2 weeks before IR.  Until the winners are announced, we will be collecting company donations, and we want to allow as much time for that as possible!
