Industrial Roundtable Student Center
What is Industrial Roundtable?
For the past 39 years, the Industrial Roundtable has served as a connection between employers and prospective students, helping Purdue undergrads and grads find internships, Co-Ops, and full-time positions in their fields. PESC is proud to facilitate IR as one of the largest student run career fairs in the nation, with over 400 companies and 12,000 students attending yearly. This two-day job fair is open to students from any major, including engineering, science, technology, and management. USA Today reports that recruiters are drawn to hiring Purdue students, who study at a nationally ranked University and offer exceptional talent and leadership skills. Thus, the Industrial Roundtable is a perfect opportunity for employers to personally network with hundreds of these outstanding students and graduates.

Unsure of how to approach comapny representatives? Need feedback to improve your resume? Join PESC the week before Industrial Roundtable at IR Prep Night to learn more about the career fair and how to prepare! There will be presentations by this year's IR Director as well as representatives from the CCO. PASE and the Krannert Professional Development Center will be sponsoring a Mock Career Fair, where students can get professional photographs taken, have their resume reviewed, and practice talking with company reps. The IR Prep Night will be on Wednesday, Sept. 4th from 5:00pm - 8:30pm in the PMU North Ballroom.
Companies host seminars to peak interest in prospective employees and also provide an additional opportunity to talk with representatives. Seminars can include topics from general company information to employment and advancement opportunities within the business. Seminars will span a fifty minute time slot and are held in the Stewart Center on campus.
Seminars will be held Monday, Sept. 9th, from 12:30PM - 9:30PM. See the guidebook for further information about company attendance and schedules!
