Hosted by the Purdue Engineering Student Council (PESC), EXPO is an interactive, two-day job fair that annually attracts over 200 companies and over 6,000 students from Purdue University. From one year to the next, EXPO continues to grow and with your help, we expect this year will be even more successful than the last.

Seminars

In-Person: Monday, February 2nd | 3:30 - 8:30 PM | Stewart Center

Seminars offer a valuable opportunity to introduce your company to Purdue students and engage with prospective talent prior to the fair. These 50-minute sessions allow recruiters to present their organization, highlight available roles, and answer student questions in a focused setting. Over 90% of attendees report that seminars are informative and beneficial to their job search.

To host a seminar, please select the seminar option when completing your registration. If you have already registered and wish to add a seminar, you may update your registration accordingly.

Whether you’re also attending the in-person fair or are only able to join us virtually, the virtual fair is a great way to maximize your footprint at Purdue! More information about the virtual fair can be found in the EXPO Employer Documents.

Interviews

Interview logistics are handled through Purdue’s Center for Career Opportunities (CCO). On-campus interview spaces are available on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026. These can be requested during the registration process.

Inquiries relating to interviews should be directed to the CCO at hire@purdue.edu.

  • Yes! You are able to register for both forms of attendance or pick one that works best.

  • EXPO is held at the France A. Cordova Recreational Sports Center

  • Please check back for updates regarding hotels and accommodations.

  • Yes, a maximum of 4 reps are allowed per table. A second table will be added to your invoice if this requirement is not met during your registration.

  • Yes! Company packages may be sent during a predetermined period of time prior to the fair. Please check the information packet emailed previously for those dates. Please note that if your company does not send packages during the window, you will be responsible for bringing any displays or extra materials.

  • The money you pay for the scholarship package goes directly back to the Purdue engineering student community in the form of financial aid. You, as the company, receive priority advertising both on fair day, in the CF+ app, on t-shirts, and the cost of 2 representatives will be taken off your invoice.

  • Once the fair registration closes, links from CF+ will be sent to your email which you can then access to add your schedule for each day. Depending on the day you sign up, it will modify the appointment to be either in-person or virtual.
